Affiliate
- What is affiliate?
An affiliate can be a person or entity (like an organization or subsidiary group or a society) whose officially connected with your organization.
Affiliate module allows you to add new affiliate and its details, view affiliate detail, deactivate affiliate, and much more.
For affiliate record management, you have to click HR > Affiliate :
And you will be redirected on a page : 
Enter general information regarding affiliate, it's address, contact info, add any remark if you want and click on "Add" button.
On detail affiliate detail page, you can add other info of an affiliate, like "IM numbers, event info" etc.

Actions And Their significant :
On almost every grid in epan, you will see Status (Active/InActive etc.) and action dropdown.
In affiliate there are three kinds of actions :
- Deactivate/Activate : To activate or deactivate affiliate.
- Communication : To see previous communication or to add new communication with affiliate.
