Deduction is a business reality but it can be managed via combining skilled staff and effective processes with powerful credit, collection and deductions technology.
For deduction management, you have to click HR>Deduction Management :
And you will be redirected on a page : 
Feed proper data info, click to add :
Employee : Select particular employee.
Amount : Actual deduct amount.
Reason : For deduct amount.
Narration : Description about deduction reason.
Record here, i.e. : 
After managing of reimbursement & deduction now you can generate salary sheet too using HR application in Epan.
