User : It can be your employees or customer.
- What is user (if it is an employee)?
An entity or person that has a authority to use an application, process or system.
- What is user (if it is a customer of your organization / company)?
An entity or person who is actual purchaser of item or using your services to obtain a benefit.
For user management, you have to click HR > User :
you will be redirected on page :
Feed proper data & click to add.
Username & Password : It will be used for login by an user.
Note : Username format should be like an Email : "email@example.com".
Scope : Please select, user can be "Website User or Admin User or Super User".
Note : In Epan there are three type of user's scope.
Admin User : Please select this option for authorize an employee to use each module of the application with limited rights & permissions.
Website User : Please select this option for authorize a person to allow login on to your website for purchasing your products / services.
Super User : Please select this option for authorize an employee to use each module of the application with full rights & permissions.
